Političarima plaćamo i luks bračne krevete!
Uprava za zajedničke poslove raspisala je javnu nabavku za kupovinu troseda, fotelja, komoda, regala, luksuznih kreveta za opremanje službenih stanova funkcionera

Novac građana Srbije rasipa se i na opremanje službenih stanova koji se daju na korišćenje državnim funkcionerima. Za udobno baškarenje političara vrši se nabavka troseda, fotelja, kreveta, garderobera, regala, noćnih stočića... Procenjena vrednost tog nameštaja u „bogatoj“ zemlji Srbiji je „tričavih“ pola miliona dinara. Javnu nabavku nameštaja raspisala je Uprava za zajedničke poslove republičkih organa, ali pod nazivom „Nabavka kancelarijskog nameštaja za potrebe organa državne uprave“. Međutim, uvidom u dokumentaciju, javno dostupne na sajtu Uprave, jasno se vidi da, osim nabavke kancelarijskog nameštaja, pod „partijom 3“ stoji „nameštaj za službene stanove“. Tako da onaj kome bude dodeljen na korišćenje službeni stan neće morati noći da provodi u vreći za spavanje, a neće se ni prehladiti sedeći na parketu. Zapravo, u planu je nabavka po dva troseda i fotelje u kvalitetnom mebl štofu, sa i bez mehanizma za razvlačenje, klub stočić, komoda, regal, luksuzni bračni i singl krevet, zatim dva noćna stočića i pet garderobera. A sve ovo dovoljno je za opremanje, u najmanju ruku, trosobnog stana. I, naravno, sve se to plaća iz državne kase. Inače, javna nabavka pod nazivom „Nabavka kancelarijskog nameštaja“ podeljena je u četiri partije. Tako, osim nabavke nameštaja za službene stanove (partija 3), taj tender podrazumeva i nabavku pločastog nameštaja (partija 1) uglavnom radnih i konferencijskih stolova, kancelarijskih ormana i slično, potom nabavku radnih stolica i fotelja (partija 2), kao i nameštaja za ugostiteljske prostore (partija 4). U konkursnoj dokumentaciji za celokupnu ovu javnu nabavku, osim uslova i rokova koje ponuđač treba da is puni, i pobrojanog nameštaja, kao mesto isporuke navode se „objekti republičkih organa pretežno u Beogradu“. Rok za podnošenje ponuda istekao je 18. avgusta, a nedavno je na sajtu Uprave osvanulo obaveštenje da se postupak javne nabavke, i to samo za partije 3 i 4 (nameštaj za službene stanove i nameštaj za ugostiteljske prostore), obustavlja jer za to nije bilo ponuda. Ali građani nemaju razloga da brinu! Oni će ipak opremiti stanove funkcionera jer će postupak biti ponovljen, i to, kako piše na sajtu Uprave, nakon objavljivanja obaveštenja o obustavi postupka javne nabavke na Portalu javnih nabavki. Kako se navodi na sajtu Uprave, procenjena vrednost nameštaja za službene stanove je pola miliona dinara, a tolika je procenjena vrednost i nameštaja za ugostiteljske prostore.

Zoran Trninić, direktor Uprava za zajedničke poslove republičkih organa, kaže da je reč o nabavci nameštaja ne za jedan već više službenih stanova. Mi održavamo službene stanove, i to su komadi nameštaja koje je prema našem popisu potrebno nabaviti. Mi moramo da izvršimo sada tu javnu nabavku jer kada vladina Komisija za dodelu stanova dodeli službeni stan na korišćenje tada nemamo vremena da je sprovodemo. Taj nameštaj ćemo preuzimati od proizvođača kada bude dodeljen neki službeni stan kako bismo u njega uneli nameštaj koji nedostaje ili zamenili komade nameštaja koji su dotrajali pojašnjava Trninić, i dodaje da se službeni stanovi daju se na korišćenje za period dokle traje nečija funkcija.
